Everybody's being shy about sharing their answers to The Snarky Editor's quiz, but it's not too late to take a look and join in the fun. How many errors can you find in these eight examples?
That was fun! Here are a few I saw: 1. "Jackson's eyes..." We've already been told that they're amber, we don't need the word color (or to be very Canadian--colour). Also it's redundant for the narrator to say something was not like any they'd seen when they've already told us they were unique. 2. You're should be your (Having been a pharmacist for 43 years really helps me with this exercise 😀). 3. Assistance's name S/B assistant's. 4. Bare S/B best. 5. Boarded S/B bordered and Collaborate S/B corroborate ( I hope I spelled that correctly). 6. "Both" is redundant because it's implicit that two people are exchanging glances. I enjoyed that --good to stimulate the old noggin. Thank you!
